About Kelly


For over a decade,
Kelly Hilcove, BSN, RN, HNB-BC - Board Certified Holistic Nurse, has been helping hundreds of nurses, healthcare professionals, and people in high stress work environments to feel renewed at the deepest level. 

Today she is a Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher.

Her 6-week mindful yoga program is based on a randomized control trial that is published in the Journal of Holistic Nursing with Kelly as principal investigator and custom designer of the program. 

Through this study it was proven that her program significantly decreased stress and burnout, and increased levels of vitality, sleep quality, and inner serenity.

I met Kelly during my initial struggle with a breast cancer diagnosis and surgery in 2013. She helped guide my journey to inner peace with her Relaxed and Balanced yoga practice.
